Refund policy
We are confident that you will love your new products, however if for any reason you are not happy please contact us within 14 days at hello@greenbeautycurator.ca.
Please contact us via direct message on our site or email at hello@greenbeautycurator.ca when you're colour matching a tinted product to ensure that we help you find the right shade. We understand that colour matching can be difficult when done online. If you're unsure if a shade will be right for you, please email us first instead and we'd be happy to help colour match you.
Exchanges
We understand that there are times when the item isn’t right for you if you received it as a gift, for example. In this case, we will give a store-credit only if the product is NEW and UNOPENED in its original packaging and returned to us at your expense within 14 days of original purchase. When processing a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately at hello@greenbeautycurator.ca. Shipping will be covered by us to reship/return for this order.
To return your product, you should mail it to: GREEN BEAUTY CURATOR - 297 High Park Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6P 2S8.
Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it and notify you by email within 24-48 hours regarding your refund. The refund should appear back in your account in 7-14 business days.
Please note that we cannot process a return if the package is lost or damaged by the courier. We pack and inspect everything carefully, so we cannot be responsible for the negligence of the courier.
Refunds or returns are NOT accepted due to allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend doing a patch test before using a new product.
